What this covers

The Free plan costs nothing and has nothing to refund. This policy is about the paid plan: 9.99 USD a month covering 50 people, plus 1.00 USD a month for each additional active person.

Payment is taken by Paddle, which sells the subscription as the seller of record: it takes the card, adds the tax your country requires, and issues the invoice in its own name. We never see or store your card details.

02

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Billing inside the app. You keep the paid plan until the end of the month you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.

Cancelling does not delete your people or your records. The Free plan's limit of five active people applies the next time somebody is invited.

03

When we refund

A subscription charge pays for the month in which it is made. Cancelling part-way through a month does not refund the rest of it; the paid plan simply runs to the end of the month.

We refund a charge when:

  • it was made in error, or the same month was charged twice;
  • the service was unavailable for a substantial part of a month you had paid for;
  • you were billed after cancelling.

Anything else we look at on its own facts. The list above is what is refunded as a matter of course, not the only thing we will ever refund.

04

How to ask

Write to support@shifticker.com from the address on the account, quoting the invoice number on the receipt. We answer within two business days.

An approved refund goes back to the card that paid, through Paddle, normally within 14 days. It cannot be sent to a different card or paid out any other way.

05

The payment provider's own policy

Because Paddle is the seller of record, it processes every refund and may also decide one itself, under its refund policy and buyer terms. Both are linked from every receipt.

06

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits the rights that the consumer law of the country you live in gives you.
